Nano Alder Cones on Stalk (30 Pack)

Our nano Alder cones are collected from Ireland and are a staple addition to any biotope blackwater or shrimp aquascape. Alder cones create biofilm which is a natural food source for shrimp, plecos and Bottom-dwelling fish. Our nano Alder corns are perfect for smaller (Nano) aquariums or nursery tanks. Each stem has an average of 10 cones giving a full pack of over 300 individual Alder cones!

They are widely used as an alternative to Catappa Indian Almond leaves as they are believed to have similar antibacterial properties.
